Katelyn R.:
I am beyond ecstatic to be named IDA lower training test regional champion and for the opportunity to go to the 2026 Intercollegiate Dressage Association Nationals with my Averett team. I wouldn’t have done it without not only my support of my team and coaches here at school and family but also Regina for not only countless lessons and hours working towards my riding goals but also strengthening my love for Dressage, continuing to learn how to have the horse improve through the biomechanics and, of course, believing in Duken and I. This last year has been physically and mentally challenging but incredibly rewarding not only as a riderbut as a horse woman. Thank you so much Regina your support goes beyond what words are expressed!!!

Spending time at Harmony Dressage Stables has been nothing short of a personal retreat—like discovering a little slice of heaven tucked between the trees. After more than a decade away from the saddle, I couldn’t have asked for a more nurturing and skilled guide than Regina to help me rebuild my connection with riding.
Regina is a patient, encouraging, and deeply knowledgeable instructor. Her passion for horsemanship shines in every interaction—whether she’s working with a young horse in training or sharing thoughtful insight during a lesson. She creates an environment where both horses and riders can grow with confidence and curiosity.
I primarily rode Scarlet and Janna during my lessons, two wonderful mares who each taught me so much. Janna helped me regain my confidence, while Scarlet tolerated me bouncing around as I learned how to move in harmony with a horse again. With their help—and Regina’s guidance—my posture, seat, and overall awareness as a rider have grown tremendously.
At Harmony, you don’t just learn to ride—you learn to connect, listen, and dance with your horse. Harmony Dressage Stables truly lives up to its name—it’s a place where horse and rider find balance, confidence, and joy.
Rachel Shaffer:
Harmony Dressage is a true hidden gem in the Charlotte/Rock Hill area. Regina along with her sweet, quiet, and talented horses truly transformed me as a rider and as a person.
Regina gives positive, confidence-building instruction to help you as a rider improve with each lesson. After 6 months, I was like a completely different rider. I had never had so much improvement with an instructor before!
She is friendly and personable, as well, which is not my typical experience with horse people. She makes you feel like part of the group your first day there.
Harmony Dressage really does have some of the nicest horses around. They all know their job in the dressage arena and have something different to teach you.
Indy will teach you the exact right aids to give. Khaleesi will make you more aware of your seat. Catie will teach you to sit the trot and perfect your leg yields. And so much more.
I cannot stress enough that if you have any interest in horses or dressage that you NEED to go to Harmony Dressage!
Michele Pomposello:
Regina is an awesome riding instructor and horse trainer – I am proud to have been her first student in America and eagerly continue to work with her today!
She helped me work thru some unfortunate acquired fears from my first horse – assisted me in (a super fun) two-month shopping venture to purchase my next horse – a talented Andalusian that had been sitting for years – within a short time they breezed thru training level into first and even a blue from Andalusian World East (my favorite trip)!
Regina is knowledgeable patient and understanding and is dedicated to honing her craft – showing, training, and participating in clinics with upper level riders.
I highly recommend working with Regina whether lessons, training, showing, shopping, overcoming an obstacle or attaining your goals – you simply cannot go wrong having Regina Mueck in your or your horse’s life!
Grace Barrier:
I can confidently say that Regina has completely transformed my riding since I started working with her!
She is so patient, and her way of teaching is so effective and empowering.
Her way with horses is also outstanding. She is able to take a horse from nothing to something truly special with such talent and kindness.
She truly puts all her students first and sees to it that she does everything she can to help them reach their goals.
I would recommend her services to any rider in any stage in their riding!
Elif Caynak:
When I found Regina and Harmony Dressage Stables, I could not have been more thrilled. Both Regina and her high caliber group of horses have far surpassed my expectations. Each of her horses brings something unique to the lesson that will help a rider advance.
As a sassy chestnut mare, the great thing about Catie is that she can be ridden by all skill levels. She is an excellent confidence builder but also won’t let you get away with not putting the work in.
Indy is the kind of skilled dressage schoolmaster that I have always dreamed of riding. He is definitely an excellent teacher for riders looking to advance their skill sets. Indy likes to be cued correctly into his movements making him perfect for refining your skills as a rider.
Baron is a big teddy bear of a warmblood who has a very “eager to please” attitude. His big, forward gaits definitely force a rider to focus on having a deep seat and soft hands. He is good for riders who are looking for a new challenge to advance their riding.
My lessons with Khaleesi have been some of my favorite because she challenges me to really speak her language. Learning how to talk to her has really helped me work on recognizing the sensitivity of seat and refining my cues. Khaleesi is definitely a mare who had that “It” factor and will give you an amazing ride once you learn how to talk to her through your seat.
Overall, my experience at Harmony Dressage has been incredible. Regina and her team of horses have helped me rediscover my dressage seat. I highly recommend taking the opportunity to learn from her and her horses.
Leyla Caynak:
I like riding Baron because he challenges me as a rider.
I like to ride Khaleesi because she checks on her rider, and waits for them when they need her to.
I like riding Indy because he is knowledgeable and is able to let you as a rider learn certain movements.
I like to ride Catie because she is very patient, kind, and willing.
