Night Music aka “Khaleesi“

Khaleesi was born in South Carolina in 2007 while the radio channel was playing Mozart’s “Eine kleine Nachtmusik” (engl: Night Music). When Regina found her in 2016 she was a diamond in a rough. She had been trained saddle seat with a high neck set but then stumbled like a toddler for re-training’s sake when asked to move over the back. She literally scared herself while traveling due to an immense lack of balance as well as a portion of misinterpretation in regards to rideability and submission. After one year of basic training Regina successfully showed her at several recognized USDF competitions in NC/SC at Training level (2017) and 1st level (2018). Their personal highlight so far was qualifying and competing at Regionals 2021 in Georgia, SC for Region 3 in Second Level. Khaleesi also won 3rd place in the “2021 USDF All-Breeds Awards for the Friesian Sporthorse Association”.
Although Khaleesi is gradually getting more experienced she is not the bravest heart on the planet. Therefore she does best in a consistent program.
But she is not only a stunning beauty with the slight personality of a drama queen: she has phenomenal movements to offer plus exceptional lengthening in both trot and canter. Once she’s into you enabling you to create a bond with her she’ll begin to rely on you showing great work ethic and will let you rule her world.
She sometimes is a challenge the next day, which keeps training her interesting, and gives sense to the famous German saying “riding teaches you humbleness”!
